Landscape Architect / Project Manager

• Project management on high-end projects of varying sizes; all phases from schematic design to construction documents and construction administration
• Supervise support staff and assist senior staff in resolving complex project design issues, project coordination, and development of construction documents
• Serve as principal point of contact for vendors and consultants and provide overall leadership to ensure client expectations for quality, schedule, and budget are met
• Provide leadership through technical review of the program, development of the design, permit drawings and construction administration

BS or MA degree in landscape architecture, architecture, or related field
3-5 years of experience in the field of landscape architecture
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication and technical graphic skills
Results-oriented, self-motivated and well-organized with a positive attitude
Knowledge of construction materials and methods from concept through construction
Fluent in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Sketch Up

Entry Level Production Staff

Produce graphics expressing design concepts, construction drawings, and 3D models
Coordinate product specifications and overall project compliance, including Building Code, Planning, Sustainability checklists, and other Permitting requirements
Assist team with job tracking, budgets, materials schedules, and project deadlines

BS or MA degree in landscape architecture, architecture, or related field
Graphic efficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and/or SketchUp
Skills in Adobe Creative Suites and Windows Suites preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of California plants and horticultural principles
English language fluency and communication abilities to facilitate product acquisition, specifications and other project management tasks
Ability to work collaboratively with excellent verbal and graphic communication skills
Time management skills
